 Your health and safety during your massage visit is very important to us, which is why all of us at Simply Balanced Massage Therapy, we will be taking the following precautions to protect you and our therapists.

- Complete a symptom check. (For the safety of everyone, our therapists are permitted to decline service to any client/patient exhibiting symptoms.)

- A face mask will be required to enter our facility.  (A disposable mask will be provided if needed.)

- We wash and sanitize your hands prior to entering the massage room 

HOW WE ARE KEEPING YOU SAFE DURING YOUR MASSAGE VISIT

Simply Balanced Massage Therapy has always been committed to providing a clean and safe environment for you to relax. With the COVID-19 crisis, we have reinforced those steps and added additional measures.  Cleanliness will continue to be a focus moving forward. 

• We thoroughly clean and disinfect all therapy rooms between each massage session following state, local, and CDC guidelines.
• Pre-service employees do a health check, including a temperature check
• We require all staff to wear a face mask
• Linens continue to be cleaned daily
• Hand sanitizer will be available at our front counter and in therapy rooms for use by both our clients and service providers.
• We are requiring clients to wait in their car and texting their therapist once they have arrived for their appointment time 
• We require clients to bring and wear a clean mask during the appointment and will provide a disposable mask if needed
• Ensure a minimum of 6 feet of separation between clients when not directly performing services
• We are limiting the number of guests in our massage office
